Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This website is operated by Rahees Ravendran, Salesperson, RE/MAX Elevate, Brokerage ("I", "me"). This policy explains what personal information I collect through this site, why, and how you can control it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What I collect
- Information you give me in a form: your name, email, phone number, the projects you're interested in or saved, your budget and timeline, mortgage pre-approval status and amount, preferred visit times, and any notes.
- Alert preferences: the areas, home types and price range you choose.
- Favourites are stored only in your own browser on your device. They're sent to me only if you submit a form.
- Website usage: if analytics are turned on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies. I use this to see which projects people are interested in and to show relevant ads.
How I use it
- To respond to your request: sending floor plans and pricing, booking sales-office visits, and following up.
- To send new-home alerts you signed up for (at most weekly).
- If you ask, to introduce you to a mortgage professional.
- To improve this website and my advertising.
I don't sell your personal information. I share it only when needed to help you, for example with a builder's sales office when booking a visit or registering you for a project, or with a mortgage professional if you request an introduction, and with my brokerage as required by real estate regulations.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in my Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). This website is hosted by Netlify. These providers may store data outside Canada.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from alerts with the link in any alert email, or by replying "unsubscribe".
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing raheesrealestate@gmail.com.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
